Job Role: HR Business Analyst - Compensation & Benefits

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1-3 years (post-MBA)

Qualification (Mandatory)- Full-time MBA in HR / Analytics / Operations from a reputed institute

Role Objective:

The HR Business Analyst - C&B will support data-driven HR decision-making by managing HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and compensation & benefits analysis. The role will closely work with HR leadership to improve people productivity, cost optimization, and policy effectiveness at Antara Senior Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & HR Dashboards (Core Focus):

- Perform end-to-end HR data analysis to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.

- Design, manage, and continuously enhance HR dashboards for multiple HR functions, including:

a. Recruitment (TAT, cost per hire, funnel metrics)

b. Workforce & Headcount (HC movement, productivity, manpower cost)

c. Attrition & Retention (trends, root cause analysis)

d. Performance & Productivity metrics

d. Learning & Development tracking

e. Compensation & Payroll analytics

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc HR MIS dashboards for leadership and business reviews.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B):

- Support CTC structuring, salary banding, and benchmarking across roles and levels.

- Assist in annual compensation reviews, increments, promotions, and revisions.

- Analyse compensation data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

- Support benefits administration including insurance, gratuity, incentives, and statutory components.

- Assist in designing and updating C&B policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

Business & Stakeholder Support:

- Work closely with HRBPs, Recruitment, Finance, and BU Heads for manpower and cost analysis.

- Provide analytical support for budgeting, workforce planning, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from management with quick and accurate analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)

- Working knowledge of HR analytics, MIS, and data interpretation

- Understanding of compensation structures, payroll components, and statutory benefits

- Exposure to HRMS / ATS systems preferred

- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

- Good communication and presentation skills
