- Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the digital platform strategy which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy. - Own the end-to-end digital platform strategy from inception and determine business value once solution enters production - Define platform requirements and roadmaps including things as feasibility, time, cost, and impact. - Identify and define platform features for improving organic customer acquisition, improving user journey conversion funnel, optimizing assisted sales and cross sell via online and offline channels. - Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market and industry knowledge to deliver a well-positioned platform. - Continuously improve features Backlog ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated and prioritized. - Approve each feature and provide feedback for the team - Drive Sprint- and release plans together with the Scrum Master - Expand App adoption through App download nudges during pre-order and post-order buyer journey for mobile site users, leveraging deep linking during digital marketing, App store optimization, disseminating App coupons. - Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, marketing teams Domain Expertise - - 12+ years of experience working in digital platform/product leadership roles at a high growth start-ups or a consumer internet firm at scale - Expertise of building B2C or D2C digital products, leading evolution journey and interpreting customer needs and market trends through feedback, analytics etc. - High attention to detail along with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in as fast-paced environment - Experience leading deeply technical platform plans and aligning business strategy and technology delivery - Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams - Data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics
