Job Description AVP Product & Technology Role Summary: - AVP Product & Technology develops and drives the platform vision and strategy. - Primary responsibility is to ensure that the team knows with accurate detail what they are expected to build. - He/She must develop a deep understanding of the target market/industry, build close relationships with key stakeholders, and define the business strategy for the platform Primary Function and Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end platform strategy from inception and determine business value once solution enters production - Define platform requirements and roadmaps including things as feasibility, time, cost, and impact. - Identify and define platform features for improving organic customer acquisition, improving user journey conversion funnel, optimizing assisted sales and cross sell via online and offline channels - Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market and industry knowledge to deliver a well-positioned platform - Continuously improve features backlog ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated and prioritized - Approve each feature and provide feedback for the team - Drive Sprints and release plans together with the Scrum Master - Expand App adoption through App download nudges during pre-order and post-order buyer journey for mobile site users, leveraging deep linking during digital marketing, App store optimization, disseminating App coupons - Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, marketing teams Education & Experience: - B.Tech /MCA with 7+ years of experience working in platform / product roles at a high growth start-ups or a consumer internet firm at scale - Experience interpreting customer needs and market trends - High attention to detail along with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in as fast-paced environment - Experience deeply technical platform plans and aligning business strategy and technology delivery - Data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics About us: Antara Senior Living is the Max Group company focused on providing senior care.
