- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our organization. Skillset : - Exhibit a high level of ownership, execution rigor, and design thinking. - Possess strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence individuals within the operations department and cross-functionally. - Demonstrate exceptional people management skills to effectively oversee large teams with an extensive span of control. Experience : - 5-10 years of relevant sales experience in banks, non-banking financial institutions, telecommunications, or other consumer-facing industries. - Preferably hold a B.Tech with an MBA or equivalent degree. - Proven track record of building and leading large teams (200+) across geographies, with a focus on execution excellence and operational management.
