Responsibilities:

- Strong Life Insurance domain expertise

- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Insurance Consulting

Deep understanding of:

1. Policy Administration

2. New Business & Underwriting

3. Claims Management

4. Billing & Collections

5. Customer Servicing

6. Agent/Broker Management

7. Product Configuration

- Experience with Life Insurance core systems and insurance technology platforms

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills

- Agile/Scrum experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

- Education details: Any graduation

Required Skills:

- Strong Life Insurance domain expertise

- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Insurance Consulting

- Deep understanding of Life Insurance processes

- Experience with Life Insurance core systems and insurance technology platforms

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills

- Agile/Scrum experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Life Insurance digital transformation programs

- Exposure to InsurTech products and platform implementations

- Insurance certifications (LOMA, FLMI, etc.) are an added advantage
