The Exciting role will entail you to: - Develop and design operational processes around our projects and teams to deliver projects in a consistent manner, helping scale and optimize our teams - Consult with management teams to establish and report on financial, operational, customer, and employee impact and leadership development goals. - Engage and maintain open communication with supported business units and functions. - Mentor and lead direct reports and other business leads in best practices around project planning, delivery, communication, and reporting. - Sustain existing control environment with high quality documentation and support Annalect establish, embed, and enforce compliance basis prescribed guidelines and framework. - Perform independent risk assessment and setup review calendar to perform assessments, and identify control/process gaps and in conjunction with appropriate stakeholders, ensure strong remediation plan for any non-compliance findings - Establish and maintain effective communication channels to optimize the interface between global, regional, and local business teams; raise awareness on compliance related matters on a continuous basis - Introduce process improvements to drive a culture of anticipating and planning for risk reduction, delivering efficiency and automation on project initiatives. Overall objective being reducing the cost to deliver projects. - Support in creation and updating Standard Operating Procedures in alignment with global policies and guidelines and maintain a repository of SOPs. - Responsible for providing periodic updates to management team on initiatives. Also, provide regular assessments around resource availability, utilization, and forecasting. - Communicate to and influence stakeholders of all levels regarding the value proposition of process improvement. - Partner with Human Resources and Learning & Development leads to identify and deliver training around project management discipline and best practices This may be the right role if you have: - A Bachelor's/ Master's degree with 10+ years' experience in governance and project management, including 5+ years managerial experience - Relevant experience in the sectors including advertising, digital, media planning and buying, communications, technology, consulting/ professional services, and entertainment - Certification in Project Management is an advantage - Process orientation with excellent attention to detail - Professional demeanour and presentation with ability to interact with Leadership Team/leaders and their direct reports & Strong Communication - Ability to assimilate and disseminate information quickly - Project management orientation and driven with ability to multi-task across several areas of competing focus - Ability to manage senior relationships across all the Business and Functional areas - Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts and negotiate with others in a virtual/ global environment - Collaborative team player orientation towards work relationships, strong culture awareness - Highly developed skills in priority setting and alignment of project priorities with Departmental strategy - Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals - Ability to get to the heart of the problem and make sound and timely decisions to resolve problems - Ability to travel within India and overseas depending on business needs You will be working closely with: Our Global Leaders and Governance Teams. You will also be leading a team of Project Managers and Controllers
