Role Description:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- The role involves market research, lead generation, proposal development, and negotiations.
- The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience in US IT Resource Augmentation Sales
- Experience in selling to e-commerce, Retail, Travel industry is desired but not mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA)
