
About the Role:
The Program Manager - Corporate Systems Technology will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technology programs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Responsible for the estimations, planning, execution, governance, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects.
- Ensure programs are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
- Drive business value realization while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain strong program governance and quality standards.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication across all program stakeholders.
- Continuously improve delivery through process optimization, best practices, and lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5-8 years in program or senior project management roles in implementing Payroll and/or UKG Dimensions projects.
- Strong proficiency in program/project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Solid understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and tracking ROI.
- Proven capability in risk, issue, and dependency management (RAID).
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and facilitating Steering Committees.
Technical Skills:
- Effectively engages and influences senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong capability to manage complex, multi-stream programs.
- Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and experience managing change, release cycles, and deployment coordination.
