Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Professional specializing in Commercial Projects. The ideal candidate will advance our business development efforts, drive growth, and fostering strategic partnerships to expand our presence

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development

- Implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals in the commercial projects sector

- Take ownership of account management after deal closure

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and creativity

2. Market Analysis & Client Relations

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify:

- New business opportunities

- Market trends

- Competitor activities

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions

- Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

3. Proposal & Partnership Development

- Master the development of compelling proposals, bids, and presentations

- Ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with:

- Contractors

- Developers

- Investors

4. Innovation & Process Excellence

- Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to new service/product development based on market insights

- Leverage digital tools and technology platforms to enhance business development processes and client engagement

- Contribute to brand positioning and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence

- Continuously improving business development processes through implementation of best practices for operational efficiency

Requirements and Skills:

Education:

Master's degree in:

- Business Administration

- Engineering

- Related field

Industry Experience:

Strong background in:

- Commercial real estate

- IPC's/PMCs

- Co-working space

- Construction

- Infrastructure

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in:

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Relevant business tools

- Good understanding of interiors
