- We are looking for a high-impact Senior Procurement Executive to lead direct procurement strategy and drive value through strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
- This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, supplier management, and process governance, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and ensuring compliance across procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute direct procurement strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance
- Identify opportunities for spend optimization, vendor consolidation, and negotiation improvements
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including selection, onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, operations, supply chain) to align procurement goals
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, savings, and efficiency metrics
- Stay updated on market trends, supplier landscape, and category insights
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5- 8 years of experience in direct procurement / strategic sourcing
- Strong expertise in vendor negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization
- Proven experience driving procurement transformation or efficiency initiatives
- Solid understanding of procurement policies, compliance, and governance
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Experience in high-growth or large-scale organizations
- Exposure to digital procurement tools / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
