Angkas - Head - Operations

About:

- Develop and implement policies, operational strategies in alignment with Angkas TO's targets anchored in the company's overall goals.

- Help develop operating systems for increased individual productivity and help create innovation for competitive advantage in the motorcycle ride hailing transportation industry.

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.

- To be able to identify operational insight to be translated into relevant technology features with the objective of delivering increase in revenue, enrich experience and drive loyalty & engagement for our driver partners.

- Hire, coach, and train new and existing employees and provide regular feedback to improve performance.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Responsible for the overall operational activities and performance of Angkas Transport Operations.

- Responsible for communicating and collaborating between other functions such as Marketing, Product and Technology, and other cross functional departments

- Manage and provide guidance to the entire Transport Operations Team

- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Adhere to company policy and procedures.

- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements:

- MBA in any IIM

- Industry experiencein Ecommerce, Logistics, Software/Technology, Start up to scale up business are highly preferred
