The Opportunity:

Build a data and AI-first collections operation from zero - at a company with a large digitally native borrower base, a strong platform, and the will to do this differently.

What You Will Build:

- The Treatment Engine: Design and build the logic that answers intervention per borrower, per day, at scale.

- The In-App Collections Journey: Own the build of pre-due reminders, post-bounce notifications, UPI payment links, and self-serve settlement journeys.

- AI Voice Bot: Select vendors, write scripts, and drive deployment of conversational AI for borrower communication.

- Channel Orchestration: Build channel preference logic that routes each borrower to the intervention most likely to work.

- Vendor Integration and Build vs Buy: Own the decision matrix for dialler infrastructure, QA analytics, legal notice automation, and skip tracing.

Who You Are:

- You have shipped a product where the core feature was a model output or a behavioural signal.

- Experience in fintech or lending platforms where product and data were inseparable.

- Ability to write PRDs that include model specifications.

- Outcome-oriented mindset focused on resolution rates and cost per rupee collected.
