Job Title: Head of Partnerships, Performance Marketing (Assisted) Location: Bengaluru What you will do: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Leader to lead and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and strategic industry partnerships. This role will be pivotal in scaling customer acquisition, optimizing marketing spend, and driving ROI across multiple paid channels. As a senior leader within the performance marketing team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and measurement while building and nurturing key industry partnerships to amplify growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Universal App Campaigns (UAC) across Google Ads and other app marketing platforms. - Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across multiple paid channels (search, social, programmatic, affiliate, etc.). - Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry players, ad networks, and platforms to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness. - Analyze campaign performance data, conduct A/B testing, and apply data-driven insights to improve acquisition KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS). - Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives optimized for target audiences and channels. - Lead budget planning, forecasting, and spend optimization to maximize ROI. Who you are: - 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with significant exposure to mobile app user acquisition. - Hands-on experience running large-scale Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and multi-channel paid campaigns. - Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs in competitive industries. - Experience managing relationships with external partners, ad networks, and platforms. - Experience working in fintech or related tech-driven sectors preferred. - Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring teams or leading projects.
