Job Title : Business Product Manager - Mutual Funds Business

Location : Gurugram

What you will do :

- Own the product roadmap for Mutual Funds within the Assisted/B2B ecosystem

- Translate MF product mechanics - regular vs. direct plans, SIPs, fund categories, distributor economics, and exit loads - into clear product and platform requirements

- Partner closely with Mutual Fund Distributors, Product, and Campaign teams to identify gaps in investing tools, analytics, and client/partner-facing workflows

- Author BRDs and drive execution end-to-end with engineering and design

- Mine investing behavior data to surface client/partner needs and uncover opportunities to deepen Mutual Fund engagement

Who you are :

- Strong, hands-on command of the Mutual Funds business, built through experience at a stock broking/AMC/financial services firm - MFD-facing roles, product managers, and analysts are all welcome to apply

- A solid grasp of MF distribution economics, fund categories, and platform mechanics (regular vs. direct, SIPs, exit loads)

- An instinct for turning that market and distribution knowledge into structured product thinking

- A genuinely data-driven approach to decision-making, backed by fluency in writing complex SQL queries

- Prior exposure to B2B/partner ecosystems (broking, wealth, or fintech) is a strong plus
