Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Location: Gurgaon

What you will do

1. Drive Product pipeline for Wealth Business

2. Ownership of Wealth Business initiatives(Both dependent and independent of Product-Led Initiatives) aligned with overall business goals

3. Utilize analytics and insights to track performance and drive data-driven decision-making.

4. Identify market trends and own initiatives to grow the overall business

5. Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to adapt business plans.

Who you are:

1. 4+ Years of working experience on Digital projects in the Fintech / Investment domain.

2. Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.

3. Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Bonds, and other Wealth Management products.

4. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans.

6. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
