Job Title:

Specialist - Strategic Initiatives

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Specialist - Strategic Initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the Fintech industry while also developing skills in data analytics, market research, and project management.

Research:

- Assist in conducting research on companies, financial services, and market trends to support decision-making processes.

Data Analytics:

- Create and maintain databases using data from different sources, analyze data and generate insights.

Financial Proficiency and Presentation:

- Basic understanding about building financial models and concise presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and updates.

Project Management:

- Take ownership of assigned projects, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, and ensure project objectives are met effectively.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members across departments to support various initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Who you are:

- MBA (finance) or bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute or CA with 0 - 2 years' experience in Due Diligence, Financial Reporting & Analysis or Consulting roles

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Good understanding of finance / financial markets / accounting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills;

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.

- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges as required by the role.
