About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager (AI/ML - Predictive) who will be responsible for delivering AI/ML-powered use cases and products to internal teams and clients, driving incremental revenue growth and productivity. The role also involves enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership through advanced analytics.

As part of the team, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from market research and competitive analysis to requirement gathering, product development, and successful delivery to clients.

You will play a key role in transforming ideas into scalable AI products, driving adoption through cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging analytical insights to improve business performance. This is a business-focused Product Manager role.

Work Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the development and delivery of AI/ML-based use cases and products

- Identify and initiate new AI/ML opportunities, and own product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market and impact evaluation

- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications for development teams

- Enhance and scale existing use cases to maximize value

- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, prioritize requirements, and maintain a structured product backlog

- Define success metrics and enable data-driven decision-making

- Plan and execute internal and external pilots to ensure product adoption and effectiveness

- Analyze business and customer behavior to generate actionable insights for leadership

- Act as the product champion and effectively communicate value propositions across stakeholders

What Were Looking For:

- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to work with internal teams and external clients

- Experience in driving AI/ML or data-driven products (preferably predictive analytics)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
