Anarock - Investment Banking Manager - Healthcare M&A

Role Overview:

The Healthcare Investment Banking / M&A role is a high-impact position designed for seasoned professionals to lead complex financial transactions within the healthcare ecosystem. You will work closely with C-suite executives, private equity firms, and institutional investors to originate and execute M&A deals, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates. By bridging the gap between healthcare operators and capital providers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory of healthcare infrastructure in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, valuation, and negotiation to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

- Originate new business opportunities by leveraging your network within the healthcare sector and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

- Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models, information memoranda, and pitch decks to support capital raising and divestment processes.

- Manage due diligence processes by coordinating with legal, financial, and tax advisors to mitigate risks and ensure seamless transaction closure.

- Provide strategic advisory to healthcare clients on market entry, consolidation, and capital allocation strategies to drive long-term value creation.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 4 to 10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Transaction Advisory, with a specific focus on the healthcare or life sciences sector.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, Comps, Precedent Transactions), and deal structuring.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure deal environments.

- Communicate complex financial and strategic concepts clearly to senior management and external stakeholders.

- Hold a professional qualification such as an MBA from a top-tier business school or a Chartered Accountancy (CA) designation.

- Adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced, high-performance environment across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Kolkata.
