Anarock - Corporate Leasing Role

- You will be a part of the Advisory & Transactions team dedicated to managing and executing commercial real estate transactions.

- The role involves generation of opportunity and breaking down the problem, proposing real estate solutions that are aligned with the goals of the companies with regards to budget, convenience & brand positioning.

- Steering detailed negotiation of intricate terms of an agreement, management of timelines, and balancing interests of all stakeholders involved - primarily the client & landlords.

- Responsible to tap flexible office /co working clients

- Responsible for cross selling

- Maintain strong relationship with across developer fraternity / Landlords
