Anarock - Business Analyst - Capital Markets - Real Estate

Role & responsibilities

- Analyze real estate & financial deals for feasibility and profitability

- Structure & present investment proposals and financial models for internal & external stakeholders

- Perform in-depth data mining to extract insights into strategic decision-making

- Prepare complex MS Excel financial models including cash flow forecasts, IRR analysis, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis

- Develop & deliver high-quality, professional & visually impactful MS PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, board meetings, and investment committees

- Conduct due diligence & evaluate project finance structures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Lenders / Banks / NBFCs / Developers / Brokers including legal, technical, and operations for deal execution

- Track project-level financials & support in budget planning and variance analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA | Masters Degree in a relevant field (Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business) from a reputed institution

- CFA | CA preferred

- 2-4 years' experience in finance, investment banking, real estate analysis, or similar domains

- Additional finance certifications (FMVA, etc.) are a plus
