Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy during a pivotal growth phase and upcoming IPO. The CFO will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory readiness, value creation, strategic investments, and stakeholder trust across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with IPO objectives.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and LODR regulations.

- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.

- Manage investor relations and fundraising activities.

- Implement robust financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.

- In-depth knowledge of FEMA regulations and cross-border compliance.

- Proven track record in IPO preparation and execution.

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
