Ananta Advisory - General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing mid-sized company in the manufacturing and engineering sector, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. They have recently raised capital from marquee public market investor and set to IPO in next 3-4 years after hitting their revenue target of ~Rs 500cr. They are seeking a General Manager - Finance to lead & oversee their finance and account's function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee finance function, including accounts, budgets, audits, taxation, treasury, compliance, and commercial contracts.

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements in line with applicable standards

- Create SOPs and prepare internal controls

- Conduct cost analysis and ideate operational efficiency and reducing costs.

- Prepare financial budgets and forecast on annual and periodical basis

- Manage day to day cash flow including controlling inventories, collecting receivables, timely payables management and proper working capital management

- Manage banking relationships incl. managing fund based and non fund based limits

- Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable financial, legal, and tax requirements.

- Optimize working capital management and oversee treasury operations.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8-10 years of post-qualification relevant work experience with manufacturing company

- Proven expertise in managing the entire financial function (Candidates with only manufacturing domain will be selected for further discussion)

- Ability to work in unstructured entrepreneurial set up and build proper internal control & process

- Good communication and inter personnel skill

- Must be based out of Pune or willing to relocate
