
HR Business Partner
Description:
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and advice on HR strategies, to drive the people's agenda. Extend support and coach managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Capability Building & Hiring: Supervise hiring needs in line with the needs of the business. Be able to liaison with business stakeholders, collaborate with managers to identify talent needs, and develop workforce plans
OD & Interventions:
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs, including Rewards and recognition, etc.
- Driving Productivity through various Performance Management & Talent Management Initiatives such as designing the performance appraisal strategy, identify critical positions and people and plan for the same etc.
- Driving Engagement & Retention and recommending process/policy improvements to HR/Business Leadership to enable the organization to create an engaged and productive workforce.
HR Reporting and Data:
- Design & Analyse HR metrics & data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Employee Development:
- Be able to partner with businesses to identify the developmental needs of the employees and design the learning interventions for across the Organisation including leadership. Also, should have exposure or be able to conduct in-house training or partner with vendors for training.
HR Operations:
- Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management, responsible for overseeing the entire journey of an employee within the organization, from onboarding to exit.
- Drive/Support transition of HRIS, processing HR grievances/disputes etc.
- Support the Induction and Onboarding process and help create an engaging environment for the employee.
Personal Profile: Personal qualities and Skills required
- Strong knowledge of HR policies & best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Should have exposure in HR information systems and other relevant technology tools
- Have exposure to Payroll, Time and attendance and basic statutory compliances
Qualifications and Previous Experience:
- 6+ yrs. of experience in HR with an MBA
