Summary : A. Responsible for strategizing and designing wellness engagement growth plans, executing, and tracking these plans for clients. B. This position will require developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients, vendors, and internal departments; in addition to providing superior client management/client service while developing an excellent understanding of the industry C. Wellness Manager may be expected to travel to be onsite for new client implementation kick off meetings or other onsite meetings. D. Confidently evaluate, strategize, present, and implement wellness program designs that fulfill clients' wellness goals and assist their members in achieving their healthiest selves.
