Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team.
This role will be responsible for driving corporate sales growth by managing key accounts, generating new business leads, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our corporate client base and enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales targets
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, production, logistics) to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the senior leadership team
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development
- Strong skills in lead generation, sales operations, and client relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
