Title: Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President / Deputy Vice President - Preferred Relationship Manager

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Objective: Manage, grow, and retain an HNI asset portfolio by delivering bespoke, research-backed wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management: Deliver proactive, customized financial advice across mutual funds, equities, and structured products.

- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new HNI clients in Kolkata to expand market share.

- Revenue Generation: Meet revenue targets through cross-selling and up-selling wealth management products.

- Market Insights: Track market/economic trends to provide timely portfolio recommendations.

- Collaboration: Partner with internal research, product specialists, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 8-16 years in wealth management, private banking, or premium banking.

Education: Postgraduate degree in Management/Finance preferred (or relevant wealth management certifications).

Skills: Strong expertise in portfolio management, asset allocation, mutual funds, and equities.

Track Record: Proven ability to acquire HNI clients, build strong relationships, and articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
