Position Summary:
The role involves supporting the execution and distribution of equity capital market transactions such as IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues and other equity-linked products. He/she will assist in preparing transaction materials, conducting valuations, engaging with investors and coordinating with internal teams, clients and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, investor presentations and roadshow materials.
- Support in deal valuation, peer benchmarking and transaction structuring.
- Coordinate with institutional investors (FIIs, mutual funds, insurance companies, family offices, HNIs, and financial sponsors) for syndication and marketing efforts.
- Address queries of SEBI and other regulators and ensure compliance during the transaction process.
- Organize and coordinate roadshows, investor meetings and marketing events.
- Track market trends, investor appetite and transaction feedback to support syndication strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial modelling, due diligence and documentation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of capital market products (IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, etc.).
- Working knowledge of valuation techniques and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
