Analyttica - Lead/Functional Consultant - Manufacturing

Description:

- Lead functional consulting across diverse manufacturing value chains: as-is/to-be process mapping, requirements gathering, and alignment across business stakeholders.

- Translate problems into cross-system requirements (ERP/CRM/WMS/PLM/ MES/BI/etc.) and integrations; define statuses, exception flows, master data, and business rules.

- Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design for digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing functions and the broader value chain.

- Translate business problems into dataand analytics-led solutions in close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams.

- Lead stakeholder communication; align teams on decisions, tradeoffs, and rollout plans.

Requirements:

- Masters Degree or MBA.

- 5+ years of experience in functional consulting / digital transformation / solution leadership within the manufacturing domain.

- Strong manufacturing process knowledge (planning, production, inventory, quality, service, costing, etc.

- Strong data capabilities: KPIs, data models, dashboards, and comfort working with data/technical teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to drive clarity and decisions.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a small company, startup, or fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are essential.

- Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations (or similar).
