About the Role:
- Were looking for a Lead Functional Consultant to partner with clients in designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- This is a high-impact role that combines functional leadership, solution architecture, and delivery ownership ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.
- Youll work across business functions to lead discovery, uncover challenges, define future-state processes, and co-create scalable, integrated solutions tailored for manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and solutioning across business functions for manufacturing organizations, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- Define and design future-state business processes and solution architectures in close collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead pre-sales engagements, clearly articulating value and ensuring alignment across executive leadership, functional teams, and end users.
- Work hands-on across enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, PLM/product engineering databases, and sales platforms.
- Lead the design and implementation of Data Lakehouse architectures based on functional discovery using star schemas, snowflake schemas, and dimensional modeling to support analytics and reporting.
