Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of ownership for key manufacturing clients, managing relationships, transformation vision, and outcomes.

- Lead functional consulting activities including as-is/to-be mapping, requirements gathering, and alignment across stakeholders.

- Drive discovery, assessments, and end-to-end solution design for digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations and value chains.

- Translate business challenges into actionable data, analytics, and technology-driven solutions in partnership with product, data, and engineering teams.

- Lead pre-sales efforts: opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal and SOW development, and executive-level walkthroughs.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or solution leadership within the manufacturing domain

- Proven experience with ERP implementations (or similar large-scale transformations), with strong functional knowledge of manufacturing processes.

- Solid grounding in data, analytics, and BI - comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, data models, and cross-functional technical teams.

- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales: building proposals/SOWs and presenting to senior leadership.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business storytelling skills.
