What You'll Do:

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead and manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business teams.

- Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management

- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management. Explain financial performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.

- Strategic Planning: Support strategic business initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations. Develop financial models and evaluate business cases to aid decision making.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Identify areas for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and align financial plans with organizational goals.

- Process Improvement: Drive the development and implementation of new processes to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis.

- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks. Develop and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize risk exposure.- Responsible for Expense control, policy implementation and approval.

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- 5 years of experience in finance and accounts.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance (both India and US), and taxation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.

- Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Having experience in capital revenue is a plus

- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
