Analyttica - Client Lead - Data & Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Client Lead to drive our data and analytics engagements with enterprise clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, combining your technical expertise with outstanding communication skills to architect solutions, guide the presales process, and ensure successful delivery of data initiatives.

A strong background in ERP implementation projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Act as the key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships.

- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and translate them into tailored data and analytics solutions.

- Lead solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams.

- Drive the presales process, including requirements gathering, proposal development, and presentations to senior client stakeholders.

- Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on client strategy, execution, and delivery.

Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years in data and analytics consulting, solution architecture, or client-facing technical roles.

- ERP Background: Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects that provides strong cross-functional business understanding (e.g., finance, supply chain, sales, manufacturing).

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical executives.

- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of modern data platforms, data visualization tools, analytics technologies, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect solutions that align with client business priorities and deliver measurable value.

Good to Have

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are essential.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry or demonstrated ability to quickly understand and adapt to different business processes, terminology, and challenges.
