
Role Overview:
As an Analytics Manager at Analyttica, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive high-impact analytics initiatives.
You will lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensuring delivery excellence, proactive client engagement, and continuous improvement of offshore team productivity.
The role requires a balance of analytical rigor, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Analysts and Senior Analysts through coaching, capability development, and contextual support.
- Partner with clients across multiple geographies, managing offshore delivery while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions by applying logical and data-driven thinking.
- Ensure on-time, error-free delivery while maintaining attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Establish and enforce processes to enhance productivity and quality across the offshore team.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management.
- Anticipate risks by monitoring stakeholder sentiment and addressing issues promptly.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in the analytics domain, including at least 3 years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel (minimum 8/10 expertise in SQL and Tableau).
- Excel expertise for storytelling, analysis, and dashboarding.
- Advanced SQL skills data manipulation, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on exposure to hypothesis testing, attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and predictive modeling concepts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience in banking and financial services domain preferred.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and consulting capabilities.
