About the Role:

- This pivotal role is responsible for crafting impactful learning strategies, identifying skill gaps, delivering high-quality programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Learning Needs Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads and leadership teams to align learning objectives with business goals.
Learning Design & Delivery
- Design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge training programs-classroom-based, virtual, blended, and self-paced-tailored to enhance employee skills and leadership competencies.
Talent Development Programs
- Architect and implement leadership development pipelines, succession planning frameworks, and cross-functional capability-building initiatives.
Onboarding Excellence
- Lead the onboarding and orientation experience for new hires, ensuring smooth integration, early engagement, and culture assimilation.
Performance-Driven Training Evaluation
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness, learning retention, and ROI; continuously optimize based on data and feedback.
Learning Technology Integration
- Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital tools to scale training efforts and enhance accessibility.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage training budgets effectively; evaluate, select, and coordinate with third-party learning providers and subject matter experts.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all learning programs meet industry standards and regulatory compliance while staying ahead of emerging trends and best practices.
Culture Champion
- Support broader HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and diversity and inclusion training programs to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources form top college, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field (relevant certifications preferred).
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering successful learning programs at scale.
- Strong command of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning technologies.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in training needs analysis and ROI measurement.
- Agile, creative, and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
