Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing marketing strategies, running campaigns, managing teams, and driving brand awareness and lead generation across multiple channels.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email, events).

- Lead branding initiatives, ensuring consistency in voice, design, and messaging across platforms.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Oversee and manage the content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend and ROI tracking.

- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) and adjust tactics as needed.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Organize and oversee events, webinars, and product launches.

- Manage and optimize company presence on social media and search engines (SEO/SEM).

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
