Role Overview:

The Analytics Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentoring, and workshops in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and SAS to diverse learner groups across industries. The role focuses on curriculum design, hands-on training delivery, content development, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance analytics learning solutions.

This position requires strong subject-matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into practical, real-world scientific and business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

- Deliver instructor-led training programs, mentoring sessions, and workshops at training centers, client locations, and through live virtual sessions.

- Conduct hands-on training covering foundational to advanced topics in Analytics, ML, AI, and SAS.

- Manage and engage classroom sizes of 40+ participants effectively.

Content Design & Development

- Design, develop, and continuously enhance analytics training curriculum and learning materials.

- Research emerging analytics, ML, and AI techniques and build new course modules aligned with real-world use cases.

- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prepare, update, and refine courseware and documentation.

Consulting & Academic Support

- Support fellow analytics trainers and consultants during advanced workshops.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sales, Consulting, and internal teams on analytics methodologies and applications.

- Participate in internal initiatives and customer-facing projects independently or under senior guidance.

Product & Process Improvement

- Provide structured feedback to R&D teams on tools, platforms, and training effectiveness.

- Review, edit, and improve documentation for internal and cross-functional teams.

Continuous Learning & Skill Development

- Continuously build expertise in advanced analytics, ML, AI, and SAS mapped to scientific and business use cases.

- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in analytics and data science.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 6+ years of teaching/training experience (7+ years preferred).

- Proven ability to handle large classroom audiences (40+ learners).

- Strong preference for candidates with university teaching experience or exposure to reputed EdTech organizations.

- Strong understanding of: Data Analytics; Statistical Modeling; Machine Learning; Artificial Intelligence; Domain-specific analytics applications

- Experience with SAS or similar analytics platforms is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.

- Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong documentation and instructional content development skills.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Consulting, R&D).

- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
