Analytics Leader (Opportunity to shape enterprise-level analytics governance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an enterprise-wide analytics team (data analysts, engineers, reporting experts)
- Build, enforce, and monitor standards for analytics coding, version control, validation, and documentation
- Drive quality assurance and certification for analytics and reporting processes
- Design and monitor KPI/KRI frameworks to track team performance and proactively identify risk
- Advance automation and control mechanisms across analytics delivery pipelines
- Collaborate across technology, process, and compliance teams to improve platform accessibility and governance
- Present analytical insights to leadership, regulators, and cross-functional executives in clear, actionable formats
- Create reusable templates, job aids, and procedural content for onboarding and process consistency
- Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and team mentoring
Who Should Apply:
- 13-18 years of experience in data analytics / Eenterprise reporting
- Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional analytics teams with a strong focus on governance or remediation
- Proficient in tools like SAS, SQL, Python; experience with dashboarding is a plus
- Deep knowledge of analytics process controls, regulatory reporting, or remediation frameworks
- Experience working with or presenting to risk, compliance, or regulatory stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Proven ability to standardize, automate, and scale analytics processes
