Senior Analytics Consultant Market Mix Modeling (MMM).

Role Overview:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Market Mix Modeling (MMM) Analytics professional who can independently build robust econometric models and, more importantly, translate model outputs into clear, actionable business insights.
- The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling data-driven decision-making for senior business leaders.
Modeling & Analytics:
- Design, build, and maintain Market Mix Models using econometric and statistical techniques (e.g., regression, adstock, saturation curves).
- Analyze the impact of marketing levers such as TV, Digital, Print, Promotions, Pricing, Distribution, and External Factors on business outcomes.
- Conduct scenario planning, budget optimization, and ROI analysis to support marketing investment decisions.
- Perform data validation, feature engineering, and model diagnostics to ensure robustness and reliability.
Insight Generation & Storytelling:
- Interpret complex model results and convert them into simple, compelling business narratives.
- Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly articulate insights, assumptions, risks, and
recommendations.
- Answer so what? and what should we do next? questions for business and marketing stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams to understand business context and objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Act as a thought partner in guiding marketing strategy using data and analytics.
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Market Mix Modeling or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Python / R and advanced SQL.
- Solid understanding of statistics, econometrics, and time-series analysis.
- Experience working with large, multi-source datasets (media, sales, promotions, external
variables).
- Familiarity with optimization techniques and simulation-based what-if analysis.
Business & Communication Skills:
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in insight storytelling and recommendation framing.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Telecom, or CPG industries.
- Exposure to multi-country or multi-brand MMM engagements.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
