Analytics/Artificial Intelligence Head - NBFC

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to adoption

- Collaborate with diverse departments to seamlessly integrate AI technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency across the organization

- Drive initiatives that push the boundaries of AI application, identifying opportunities for transformative change and staying abreast of emerging trends

- Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and broader organizational objectives, facilitating a unified and purposeful deployment of capabilities

- Engage with key stakeholders to communicate the benefits and strategic impact of AI, fostering understanding and buy-in at all organizational levels

- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to guide ongoing strategy refinement

Domain experience:

- Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization, with expertise in AI methodologies and analytics innovation

- Proven track record in financial domain, including identifying new data sources and supporting data governance

- Ability to translate domain knowledge into actionable insights and analytics initiatives

- Deep knowledge of relevant domains, products, and customer journeys, with a focus on aligning analytics with business objectives

- Experience in strategic planning and execution of data analytics initiatives, including prioritization of use cases and resource allocation

Technical skills:

- Masters' or higher degree required, preferred in data or computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics etc.

- 15+ years of experience Hands-on experience with AI/ML, including model development, deployment, and maintenance, as well as GenAI-specific workflows

- 8+ years experience in handling large team and working on data transformation programs, business intelligence tools, and shaping analytics operating models
