Analyst - Workforce Management

About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Analyst with strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models.

- Analyze demand trends and translate them into actionable staffing plans.

- Optimize schedules to meet service level targets.

- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies.

- Generate reports and insights to support operational decisions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in WFM, demand planning, and forecasting.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL (mandatory).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with WFM tools (e.g, NICE, Verint, IEX) is a plus.
