Analyst - Venture Fund

Organization : Venture Fund investing in early stage IP-driven deep-tech startups.

Key Responsibilities :

Portfolio engagement and operations :

1. Working closely with the portfolio manager, help collect financial and operational data, track progress against milestones, and identify trends.

2. Support portfolio managers follow-on investment tracking and broader post investment portfolio management efforts.

3. Assist in financial due diligence, financial modeling and analysis of company performance and key operating metrics.

4. Supporting investor communications, portfolio reporting and compliance requirements with strong data discipline.

5. Assist in all other operational activities with respect to portfolio management.

Key Skills/ Abilities :

1. Strong analytical orientation with attention to detail.

2. Ability to manage data and support execution in a fast paced environment.

Qualification/Experience Required :

1. At least 2 years' experience in a start-up or seed fund.

2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
