Position: Analyst - US Talent Acquisition

Location: Pune

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Shift Timings: US Shifts (IST 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic recruiter by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.

- Responsible for handling IT requirements for the region.

- Responsible for complete talent acquisition cycle: sourcing, scheduling interviews, salary/rates negotiation, and candidates' closure for assigned requisitions.

- Strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

- Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status.

- Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates.

- Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.

Skill Required:

- Prior experience in US recruitment is required.

- Familiarity with different Work Authorization/ Visa (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD's etc) and Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).

- Strong understanding of technical requirements and experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
