PROFILE SYNOPSIS

The selected candidate will be a senior member of the Transaction Advisory Services division of Dewan P. N. Chopra & Co. for executing mandates for Transaction Advisory and related Support Services. He / she shall independently interact with Senior Management/Promoter Groups of existing and prospective clients from diverse sectors

KEY SERVICE OFFERINGS AT DPNC ADVISORS:

Keeping in view the key Service Offerings, the candidate shall be responsible for:

- Assisting the team with advisory services involving evaluation and execution of assignments pertaining to raising capital, investing capital, joint venture. This would include:

1. Assist with industry research/Company Research

2. Documenting Teasers

3. Documenting Information Memorandums

4. Documenting Business Plans

5. Support during Due Diligence

6. In depth understanding of Financial Analysis with strong understanding of financial statement, cash flows, key ratios.

- Assistance and support for Equity Placement through domestic and international sources including PE Funds, HNIs and Family Offices for transaction in and outside India.

Key Service Offerings include:

1. Raising capital including equity and structured Investments through PE and VC funds, Financial Institutions, Family Offices, HNI etc.

2. Advising on buy side/sell side/joint venture mandates for corporate and start-ups across sectors in and outside India.

3. Advising on placement of private capital as financial or strategic investments for Family offices, and HNIs.

4. Assisting and advising the client on commercial negotiations and documentation including LOIs, Term sheets and Definitive Agreements.

5. Providing transaction support services including due diligence, valuation, financial projections, feasibility studies, preparing business plan, preparing pitch books, information memorandum etc.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Excellent Analytical and Numerical Skills.

- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.

- High Degree of Self-Motivation and desire to learn.

- We seek a candidate with 1-3 years of post-qualification (CA / MBA / CFA +MBA) experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Corporate Finance / Financial Consultancy / Transaction Advisory Services or similar industry where he / she would have developed knowledge and skill set to fulfill the KRA above.
