Revenue Operations Analyst/ Senior Analyst

Location: Chennai

Years of Experience: 1 to 4 Years (+/- 6 months)

Compensation: Up to 20 Lacs (Based on experience and years of experience)

Strong academic background (Tier 1 or 2 Engineering Colleges preferred)


We're hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. This role sits at the intersection of data and go-to-market strategy, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders with insights that directly impact growth.

This is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, ambiguity, and real business problems, not just dashboards.

What You'll Do

- Analyze pipeline, revenue, and funnel data across GTM/Revenue/Customer Success teams

- Pull, clean, and analyze data from CRMs and internal systems

- Build reports and ad-hoc analyses to support forecasting and growth decisions

- Partner with revenue leaders to turn ambiguous questions into clear insights

- Monitor key customer metrics by segment (NPS, churn, engagement, renewals, expansions)

- Optimize tools like Hubspot, Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk for customer support workflows

- Derive actionable insights from customer data to improve retention and drive expansion and upsell

- Experiment with modern analytics and AI-enabled tools

Who We're Looking For

- 1-4 years of experience, ideally from Data Analytics/Consulting firms or Product Tech Start-ups working in Product Analytics/Business Analysis/Data Analysis/RevOps/SalesOps

- Strong academic background (Tier 1 or 2 Engineering Colleges preferred)

- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills

- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or CS teams with data

- Curiosity about AI, analytics, and modern data stacks

Good to have

- Hands-on experience with Gong, RevenueHero, and PandaDoc or similar tools, or early-stage startup experience straight out of college
