Analyst/Senior Analyst - Investment Banking - Debt Syndication

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analysing audited financial statements, and conducting detailed credit assessments to support debt and advisory transactions.

- Evaluating credit assessment based on review of Credit rating and various other Company reports.

- Evaluating group credit positions, coordinate due diligence activities with consultants, and work closely with clients to organize and manage data rooms for lender review.

- Prepare Information Memorandum, Financial Models, Presentation materials, credit notes and any other documents in connection with various debt proposals.

- Strong understanding on Balance sheet evaluation and ability to make Cashflow projections/Financial Model for potential investors.

- Understanding various credit queries and address the same to Investor satisfaction.

- Liase with clients on receipt of information/data and streamlining to investor expectations/formats.

- Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and industry developments affecting investment banking activities/financial advisory services.

- Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple transaction requirements efficiently.
