Analyst/Senior Analyst - Expense Reporting (FP&A)

Description :

- We are looking to hire a high-performing Analyst / Senior Analyst to join the Expense Reporting team. This role will support financial planning and expense management activities and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting insights.

- Support expense reporting and monthly financial close activities

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A) processes

- Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on cost movements

- Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders

- Partner with business teams to track spend and ensure cost discipline

- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-support initiatives

Mandatory Requirements :

- 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) non-negotiable

- Chartered Accountant cleared in 1st attempt only OR

- Full-time MBA from the following approved B-schools only

- MBA graduating batches: 2023, 2024, or 2025 only

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong understanding of FP&A, expense reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

- Experience in variance analysis and financial reporting

- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to financial systems and reporting tools preferred

- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
