About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as Sales Strategy & Go To-Market (GTM) Manager. The role will be responsible for driving sales planning, GTM execution, market expansion strategies, and revenue growth initiatives across channels.

- This position is ideal for high-potential professionals from Premier B-Schools with 2-5 years of experience in strategy, sales planning, or GTM roles within Consumer Durables / FMCG / Retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and market expansion.

- Drive annual and quarterly sales planning, forecasting, and revenue strategy.

- Analyze market trends, the competitor landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to ensure alignment on targets and execution.

- Optimize channel performance across General Trade, Modern Trade, and e-commerce.

- Design incentive programs and performance frameworks to enhance sales productivity.

- Monitor sales KPIs and generate actionable MIS reports for leadership.

- Support pricing strategy, promotion planning, and demand forecasting initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA from a Premier B-School (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred).

- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Strategy, GTM, or Commercial Excellence roles.

- Prior experience in Consumer Durables, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ability.

- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.

- Open to 6 days a week work-from-office role in Kolkata.
