Key Responsibilities:

Analyst Engagement & Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with analysts covering relevant software domains.

- Serve as the primary spokesperson and liaison between the company and analyst community.

-Organize and facilitate analyst briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions.

Strategic Positioning:

- Influence analyst evaluations to strengthen the company's position.

- Partner with product marketing, strategy, and executive leadership to shape analyst messaging and positioning.

Track competitive landscapes and leverage analyst insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.

Thought Leadership:

- Proactively communicate company vision, innovation, product roadmaps, and customer success stories to analysts.

- Ensure analysts have timely access to relevant data, case studies, and customer references.

- Position executives as thought leaders in conversations with analysts.

Market Intelligence:

- Gather and synthesize analyst feedback to provide actionable insights for product, sales, and marketing teams.

- Share analyst research and perspectives internally to guide business decisions.

Program Management:

- Develop and execute the annual Analyst Relations plan aligned with company strategy.

- Manage budgets for AR activities, subscriptions, and events.

- Measure and report the impact of AR efforts (share of voice, analyst perception, report mentions, positioning in key evaluations).

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in communications, analyst relations, or product marketing within the software industry.

- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, AI/ML, or related domains.

- Proven track record of influencing major analyst reports and rankings.

- Established relationships with top-tier industry analyst firms

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into strategic recommendations.
