Job Title: Analyst - Real Estate Investments & Financial Modelling

Position based with a Large Real Estate Fund

Position Summary:

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting real estate investment activities through financial analysis, market research, and transaction execution. The role requires a strong foundation in financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring, and the ability to support investment decisions across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain financial models for evaluating real estate acquisitions, developments, and portfolio assets

- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to support investment recommendations

- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, board presentations, and internal reports

- Support transaction due diligence including financial, legal, and technical reviews

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle

- Monitor and analyze portfolio asset performance and provide inputs for value enhancement strategies

- Maintain databases and dashboards for market intelligence and portfolio tracking

Qualifications and Experience:

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution

- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance

- Strong understanding of real estate financial modelling techniques including DCF, IRR, and cash flow projections

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Argus or similar tools is an advantage

- Exposure to cross-border transactions and regulatory frameworks is preferred

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment
