Position Summary: As an Analyst you will be responsible for tracking Budget vs Actuals of Sales, Construction, Marketing, etc., preparing the business plans of the projects including new pipelines, preparation and analysis of various investor requirement Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree with minimum 1+ years in Analyst. Good communication skills. Excellent command over MS office products (Excel, Word & PPT) Analytical and logical thinker Self-motivated Nice to have: MBA in Strategy Management/ General Management. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of profitability statement for projects (Real Estate) - Working on Investor presentations - Monthly dashboards which cover summary of Sales, CRM, Construction and Cash Flow updates and its presentation to the management. - Review of the project cost of construction on quarterly basis - Review of Sales plan versus actuals on monthly basis - Working on sales pricing strategies with their impact on changes in the payment plans - Co-ordination with the investors for their data requirements - Assessment of legal structure of new project for be acquired - Experience in Real Estate Industry is preferable
